Red Light Camera Violations

When a red-light camera violation occurs, a Notice of Violation is mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle. The fine of $158.00 or a submission of an Affidavit Denying Responsibility(PDF, 115KB) must be mailed and postmarked on or before the due date to avoid a Traffic Citation (ticket) being issued.

Please follow the instructions shown on the Notice of Violation to pay your ticket or to submit your Affidavit.

School Zone Camera Violations

When a school zone camera violation occurs a Notice of Violation is mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle. The fine of $100.00 or the submission of an Affidavit Denying Responsibility(PDF, 115KB) must be mailed and postmarked on or before the due date to avoid a Uniform Traffic Citation (ticket) being issued. Please follow the instructions shown on the Notice of Violation to pay your ticket or to submit your Affidavit.

NOTE: A Notice of Violation must be resolved with the jurisdiction that issued the Notice.

What happens if I don’t pay the fine for a red-Light camera or school zone camera violation?

If you fail to resolve the Notice of Violation by the due date, a Uniform Traffic Citation will be issued with a higher fine:
