Several online service options are available for conducting Sarasota County court business. Depending on the service, you may be able to search for information online without registering for an account (a.k.a. anonymous or public search).

Filing Court Documents Online
Attorneys and self-represented (Pro Se) litigants can use the Florida Courts Online Filing system.
If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to register for one. There is no fee to register.

Are there fees to file court documents online?
While there is no fee to register for an account to use the Florida Courts Online Filing Portal, fees may be required according to Florida Statute when filing new cases or for specific documents. The fee must be paid at the time the document or case is submitted for filing. You will see these fees while you are working in the portal to file your particular case and documents.
Are electronic signatures allowed on all types of documents?
Attorneys are permitted to use electronic signatures (e-signature or s/) on documents. Review e-signature formatting
