Dismissal of a Traffic Ticket
If you received a traffic ticket because you were unable to show certain documents that were requested at the time the ticket was issued, then you may be able to resolve the ticket by providing proof of valid documentation.

How do I get a traffic ticket dismissed?
If you can provide proof that the driver’s license, vehicle registration, or vehicle insurance was valid at the time the ticket was issued, your ticket may be dismissed.
If you qualify for this option, you must provide the proof at and pay the $10.00 dismissal fee. Payment* may be made in person or by mail.

Failure to provide the valid document to the Clerk by the due date given will result in additional penalties and the suspension of your license.
