Criminal Traffic Ticket

If you are charged with a criminal traffic offense, there is a mandatory court appearance. You must report to the court location indicated on the front of your ticket or bond paperwork.

Some examples of criminal traffic violations are:

  • driving under the influence
  • leaving the scene of an accident
  • driving with a suspended license
  • driving without a license
  • driving without proper vehicle registration
  • reckless driving

A warrant for your arrest may be issued for failure to appear in court for a Criminal Traffic Offense.
