External Oversight of Financial Reporting
Digital Assurance Certification LLC (DAC), an Ernst & Young LLP Company, provides compliance services and due diligence reviews for investors, including Sarasota County’s official statements, annual financial statements, and disclosure information.

Consolidated Major Revenue and Debt Report
The Consolidated Major Revenue and Debt Report is prepared to identify and explain the nature, collection history, legal authorization, uses, and restrictions of Sarasota County's primary revenue sources. The report also provides information on all outstanding county indebtedness, as well as an overview of Sarasota County's arbitrage issues.
