Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order Extends Jury Suspensions - Effective April 6, 2020
Effective April 6, 2020
In response to the new Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order 20-23, issued April 6, 2020, further suspending jury proceedings, anyone with a summons for jury duty dated between March 16, 2020, and May 29, 2020, is not required to go to court as jury trials during this time have been cancelled.
