Notice to Bondsmen Regarding New Bond Discharge & Cancellation Certificates
Attention Bondsman:
This office is committed to improvement with a focus on making processes more efficient. As you know, Bond Discharge and Cancellation Reports are currently mailed to your office after processing.
We are pleased to announce this old mail-based process has been replaced with a faster, more efficient method. Beginning August 5, 2025, you will now be able to search your cases in ClerkNet and obtain the Certificate of Discharge or Cancellation directly, eliminating mailing delays and providing instant access to the documents you need. Please note that reports for bonds released prior to August 4, 2025, will be mailed.
This change allows you to access these certificates immediately once available, improving efficiency and providing you with quicker access to important records.
