RE: Pay Online, Anytime Using SarasotaClerk e-Pay!

The Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller is pleased to offer the convenience of payments through SarasotaClerk e-Pay, a secure online payment option. With this new service, citizens who want to pay traffic and civil infractions, and criminal fines and fees in full can do so online, 24/7.

SarasotaClerk e-Pay gives the customer the flexibility of completing transactions after hours, from home or office, on the road—and from another county or state, a plus for our out-of-county customers. To use, customers need only to log on to with case information, and choose a payment method to complete quick, easy and secure transactions.

Users will be able to do online searches by their name, citation, ticket or case number. If unable to locate their information with this initial portal search, they will be directed to ClerkNet, the Sarasota Clerk’s public access system, where more in depth searches can be conducted. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as electronic checks. After payment, transaction receipts can be printed, or sent by email or text.

The third-party vendor selected for this online service—a nationally recognized electronic payment provider who conducts business with more than 2000 judicial and law enforcement customers across the nation—also provides this e-payment service to other Florida Clerks of the Circuit and County Court.

SarasotaClerk e-Pay accepts payments in full. Some payments may not be eligible for e-Pay at this time. For your convenience, we will continue to offer customers in person, mail, and phone payment options. We look forward to providing you these enhanced services and additional payment options; for more information, visit ###
